- Payment data: Billing name and address. Card details are processed by Odeonpay / Paysagi. Crypto payments are processed by Confirmo. Propify does not store card numbers or wallet keys.
- Communications: Messages sent to our support team via email or contact form

- IP address, browser type, device identifiers
- Pages visited, time spent, feature usage
- Approximate geographic location (derived from IP)
- Trading activity within the simulated platform (virtual positions, drawdown, performance metrics)

- Trading infrastructure: MT5 / cTrader platform providers that host the simulated environment
- Legal authorities: Where required by UAE law, court order, or applicable sanctions regulations
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may transfer to the new entity under equivalent protections
All third-party processors are contractually bound to handle your data securely and only for specified purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with our legal obligations. Specifically:
- Account data: Duration of account + 5 years after closure (financial record requirements)
- KYC documents: As required by UAE AML regulations (minimum 5 years)
- Trading activity: Duration of account + 2 years
- Support communications: 2 years from last interaction
When retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
