Refund Policy
1. Introduction
At Propify LTD ("Propify," "we," "us," or "our"), we aim to provide high-quality trading evaluation services. As our Services involve digital access, simulated trading environments, and immediate delivery, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be granted.
By purchasing any Propify Service, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Nature of Services
All Propify services are:
Digital services and/or digital content delivered electronically
Typically activated immediately after purchase
Related to simulated trading environments, not live brokerage services
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact us at: support@propify.com
Include:
Your account email
Order ID / transaction reference
Reason for the request
We will confirm receipt of your request within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:
4.1 Non-Delivery of Service
You are eligible for a full refund if:
You do not receive your account credentials within 24 hours after confirmed payment
AND the delay is not caused by:
Incomplete verification (KYC)
Incorrect information provided by you
Technical issues outside Propify's control
4.2 Service Not Commenced
A refund may be granted if:
You have not accessed the platform, and
The service has not been activated or used in any way
4.3 Exceptional Circumstances
Propify may, at its sole discretion, grant partial or full refunds in exceptional cases, including but not limited to:
Verified technical failures
Duplicate payments
Billing errors
5. EU/EEA/UK Consumer Rights (Important)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, EEA, or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital services.
However:
By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the Propify platform, you:
Expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service; and
Acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun
To the extent required by applicable law, any non-waivable consumer rights will always prevail over this policy.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
6.1 Service Activation
Once any of the following occurs:
Account credentials are delivered
Platform access is granted
A Challenge is activated
Trading activity has started
All fees become non-refundable.
6.2 Rule Violations
No refund will be issued if:
You breach any trading rules
Your account is terminated for misconduct or prohibited behavior
6.3 Change of Mind
Refunds are not provided for:
Dissatisfaction with performance
Inability to pass a challenge
Lack of trading success
Misunderstanding of rules clearly stated prior to purchase
6.4 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute without valid legal grounds:
Propify may refuse any refund
Your account may be suspended or terminated
Any pending payouts may be withheld or cancelled
7. Refund Process & Timeline
Review time: Up to 7 business days
Approved refunds: Processed within 14 business days
Refund method: Original payment method only
You will receive confirmation via email once the refund is processed.
8. Payment Method Limitations
Refunds may be subject to:
Payment provider rules
Currency conversion differences
Transaction or processing fees (non-refundable where applicable)
9. Amendments to this Policy
Propify reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
