These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Propify LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and any individual or entity ("Client," "Trader," "User," or "you") who accesses or uses our proprietary trading evaluation services ("Services").

By accessing or using the Propify platform ("Platform"), including our website and related services ("Site"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.

1. Definitions

• Platform: The Propify website, applications, and all associated services

• User / Trader: Any individual or entity registered with Propify

• Challenge: Evaluation process required to qualify for funding

• Funded Account: Simulated trading account with virtual capital under real market conditions

• Profit Split: Percentage of profit paid to the trader

• Eligibility Criteria: Requirements to access and maintain services

• Sanctioned Countries: Countries restricted under applicable law (incl. OFAC)

• Payment Methods: Approved payment options (e.g., Visa/Mastercard, EUR)

2. Account & Eligibility

2.1 Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.

2.2 Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years

• Basic trading knowledge required

• Compliance with all applicable laws

• No involvement in fraud or bankruptcy proceedings

2.3 Payments

Only approved payment methods may be used. Users are responsible for compliance with financial regulations.

3. Service Activation

After purchase, account credentials are sent via email.

• Standard delivery: Immediate

• Delay cases: Up to 24 hours

4. Account Management

Users must:

• Keep information up to date

• Protect login credentials

• Follow all trading and compliance rules

Propify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5. Programs & Funding Models

Propify offers:

5.1 1-Phase Challenge

• Profit Target: 10%

• Profit Split: 80% → 90%

• Max Loss: 6%

• Daily Drawdown: 4%

• Min Trading Days: 5

• No weekend holding

• Max inactivity: 30 days

5.2 2-Phase Challenge

• Profit Targets: 8% (Phase 1) / 5% (Phase 2)

• Profit Split: 80% → 90%

• Max Loss: 10%

• Daily Drawdown: 5%

• Min Trading Days: 5

5.3 Instant Funding

• Direct access to funded account

• Trailing Drawdown: 6%

• Daily Drawdown: 4%

• Strict consistency & risk rules apply

6. Trading Rules (All Accounts)

Risk Management

• Max 1% risk per trade

• Stop Loss mandatory

  • 5 min (challenge)

  • 2 min (instant funding)

Consistency Rule

• Max 45% (challenge) / 20% (instant) from one trade

Prohibited

• Weekend holding

• High-impact news trading (±10 min)

• Bots, HFT, Martingale (on funded accounts)

• Copy trading across multiple accounts

Inactivity

• Max 30 days

7. Withdrawals

Challenge Accounts

• Minimum 1% profit

• Min 5 trading days

• Min 14 active days

Instant Funding

• Min 10 trades

• Min 10 trading days

• Min 30 active days

8. Expert Advisors (EA)

• Not allowed on funded accounts

• Limited use on challenge accounts

• Third-party passing → 50% profit split

9. Fees & Refund Policy

• No refunds after account access

• Refund only if credentials not delivered within 24h

• Payouts: bi-weekly

10. Trading Conduct

Users must:

• Trade fairly and ethically

• Avoid manipulation or abuse

• Use supported platforms (MT5 / cTrader)

Violation may result in:

• Account suspension

• Payout denial

• Permanent ban

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and systems belong to Propify LTD. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. Risk Disclaimer

Trading involves significant risk. Propify is not liable for:

• Financial losses

• Trading decisions

• System limitations

Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

13. Privacy

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding data handling and protection.

14. Amendments & Termination

Propify may:

• Update Terms at any time

• Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice

Continued use = acceptance of changes.

15. Compliance

We reserve the right to:

• Modify rules at any time

• Monitor trading activity

• Enforce penalties for violations

16. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved via:

• Arbitration

• Governed by applicable jurisdiction law

17. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement applies

• Invalid clauses do not affect remaining Terms

• Legal jurisdiction applies as defined by the Company
